ResumeFitting (resumefitting.com) is an ATS resume and cover letter checker. We run it as a small independent service.
When you use the checker, we process the text you paste in to produce your ATS match score and the AI-optimized rewrite. That text goes to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis and is not kept beyond your session.
If you buy a plan, Stripe processes the payment. We never see or store your card number or bank details. Stripe gives us a transaction record and the email address used for the purchase.
We collect it when you pay, and we use it to send your access confirmation through Resend.
Google Analytics (GA4) gives us anonymized figures: page views, session length and general traffic patterns. They do not identify you personally.
Google Analytics sets cookies to tell sessions apart. This site sets no other persistent cookies.
We use what you give us to score your resume against a posting and list its missing keywords. On a paid plan, we also use it to write the rewrite. We take and confirm your payment, email your access confirmation, and look at how the site is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
Each of these handles part of the service, and its own privacy policy applies to the data it handles.

Resume and job description text is not stored after your session ends. We keep payment records (your email and the transaction ID) for as long as we need them to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct or delete your personal data. To use any of these rights, contact us through the About page.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated policy.

By using ResumeFitting, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
ResumeFitting analyzes resumes, finds keyword gaps and helps rewrite them with AI. The free tier returns a match score and keyword gaps. Paid plans add the full AI rewrite and document download.
Paid access comes as a 24-hour plan ($12) or a 30-day plan ($19). Both are one-time payments, not recurring subscriptions, and Stripe processes them. Because the service is digital and used right away, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted and the AI rewrite has been delivered.

ResumeFitting offers analysis and suggestions to help your resume perform better in ATS searches. We do not guarantee job interviews. The AI output is a starting point: you are responsible for reviewing and editing the final text before you send any application.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeFitting is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. In no event shall our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service exceed the amounts you paid to ResumeFitting in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any particular ATS score or rewrite will improve the outcome of a job application.
